Terms of Service

NOTE: These terms are subject change over time. It is the client's responsibility to keep up to date with any changes. I will send updates to my Discord server.For first-time clients requesting this type of commission, I will need proof of being over 18. This can be an age card, passport or driver's licence. You can blur out any info you don't want to show, e.g your face or full name. I will need you to write your username on a piece of paper beside your ID to confirm that it is you.★ General Terms:- I currently take payments via PayPal invoicing and Ko-Fi in euros (€).
- You may use my work as profile pictures, wallpapers, banners etc. with credit.
- My art is not to be used for any commercial work.
- Under no circumstance will my work be used in AI generation. If your profile has any sort of AI generated images, I will not work with you and you will be blocked.
- Do not trace my work or claim it as your own.
- Never remove my watermark or signatures.
- Do not force me to work.
- I expect semi-professional language at minimum between me and clients. This is my job, it is a transaction between worker and client. I do not want to make friends. However, commission-related memes are encouraged (please, they are hilarious).Failure to comply to these terms will result in blacklisting on my Trello and you may not be able to work with my in the future.★ My Commission Process:
- I begin working only after payment. All commissions must be paid for in full before I begin work.
- I take commissions via DMs.
- Please do not approach me with unspecified "Hi" DMs as I will ignore them.- Please provide me with all appropriate references and details for the commission piece. For example, "a shaded halfbody of this character, doing this pose with this expression, with a mountain and tall trees in the background."- Once I know a client is interested I will put the client's name into my Trello's "interested" column.PayPal:
- I need an email for this payment.
- When the client is ready to pay, I will send an invoice to their email and I can start working when I can.Ko-Fi:
- I do not need an email for this payment.
- Clients may pay with card using Ko-Fi.
- Clients must notify me that they will be using Ko-Fi.- Once the full (or partial, depending on the piece) amount is paid, I will move the client to my Trello's "queue" column.- When I have a lot of commissions lined up, I usually start with smaller pieces such as headshots. This means that bigger pieces may take longer to make, depending on my queue. Your patience is appreciated.Edits:
- Major changes to commissions such as pose adjustments are only available during the sketch phase.
- Complete sketch redos will cost an extra €10-30 for each redo, depending on the piece.Final piece:
- Once the sketch is approved, I will work on the rest of the piece. I may forget to update the client after sketch approval, but if you would like update photos or WIPs, you can message me at any time during the process.
- Minor changes may be made, such as accessories or small background edits, before or after I send the final piece.- When complete, I will move the finished client to my Trello's "finished" column.
- I will email the finished piece if needed.★ That was also long. Thank you for reading.

Prices

These are my prices and time estimates. This is here so you can get an idea of how much a commission would be and how long it would take.NOTE: I will update my pricesheet every so often and will send updates to my Discord server.

*A second character will cost +75% of total commission price. However, if there are three or more characters then the price does not change, and each will cost +100%.Reference sheets are priced differently to my usual commissions, as seen below.

NOTE: These times may not be the exact amount of time I will need to finish a commission. I will communicate the best I can to my clients. If something comes up and I am unable to work for a certain period, I will always let my clients know via DM.
